Be A Part of an Anti-Bullying Movement!

Stuart, Fl. – For one night only, Speak Life Performing Arts Company, will debut it’s high impact, original film, Speak Life End Bullying the Musical at the Lyric Theatre on July 16, 2022. Guests are invited to see the premiere film that brings an end to bullying in schools! The official after-party, being coin phrased as; “The Second Chance Prom,” will take place at the popular CoLab Kitchen located in Stuart’s Downtown District. At Speak Life Performing Arts Company, they have seen firsthand that bullying is causing chaos in the hallways of our schools. As an industry leader in anti-bullying solutions for schools over the last twenty year, they have discovered that speaking life ends bullying. Their response was to create a digital end bullying assembly campaign so powerful students choose to speak life for a lifetime.

Their goal is to impact 1 million students in 1,000 schools, in the 2022-2023 school year! Martin County School District (and others!) have signed on, and the July 16th event precedes each student in MCSD having access to the program in the upcoming school year! About the Film

Powerful songs are brought to life with an awe-inspiring cast of professional actors and dancers. A compelling storyline gives us a glimpse into the life of four high school students as they navigate the chaotic hallways of their school. Viewers are engaged and entertained for an unforgettable 45 minutes. Digital theater brings versatile usability for schools and community programs in real-to-life 4K quality. Finally, an end-of-film challenge featuring NFL Denver Bronco Safety, Justin Simmons, promises a lasting impact.

Keep Calm and think prom!

Immediately following the film premiere, guests can take complimentary City of Stuart trams or limo transportation to the official after-party; “The Second Chance Prom.” This event boasts all one could expect from standard memories of prom; disco balls, corsages, superlatives, and even complete with those awkward slow dances. CoLab Kitchen, co-founded by Pamela Huizenga Alexander, has received praise for the use of their fresh produce from CoLab Farms and creative spin on “farm to table.” Guests can expect a very special “upscale school lunch” menu curated just for this event. The night rounds out with high-school-movie anthems, and a unique live performance from some of Nashville’s Premier singers and songwriters from the original score of the film. There is no doubt the divisiveness of our culture is leading to escalating forms of bullying both in and out of schools. Bullying is one of the most prevalent, potentially modifiable, risk factors for mental health disorders in our students today. With one in every three students having contemplated suicide, the time for action is NOW. The organization thanks their supporters for believing in their mission emphatically - and invites YOU to support our students as we work together to create safe and healthy futures by bringing an end to bullying in our schools and communities!
